But The crowds have been Misbehaving since morning;

First, they stopped a Military Parade that had prepared to receive Raila's body at the Airport- when they surged all the way to the Runway and Boarded the plane 

Secondly, they made it impossible for Raila Odinga 's body to receive the protocol respect of "Lying in state" in Parliament.
