On the 12th of October, Ronke & her husband, Joseph were having an argument over sex position in the middle of the night;

then Joseph went to the kitchen, grabbed a knife and stabbed her in different parts of her body till she gave up the ghost.

Women leaders have threatened to hold protests near Gachagua's home in Wamunyoro asking him to respect women elected leaders led by Kirinyaga Governor Ann Waiguru.
